Mozaīka is a non-governmental organization founded in 2006 with the goal of improving the legal situation of LGBT people in Latvia. Founders, members and supporters of Mozaīka are united by the understanding that a healthy and strong democracy can only be formed in countries where every citizen feels equal, free to shape their professional and private life as they see fit, and confident that the state will defend their rights.

Testpoint

A consultation point where you can anonymously and for free get tested for HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and C in 15 minutes and receive consultations

Library

A collection of sources about LGBTQI topics in different languages. You can borrow a book to read at home or make use of the reading room

Events and seminars about LGBTQI and human right topics, that are held by organizations working in the human rights field

Information, consultations and help in topics pertaining to LGBTQI rights and support in case of hate crimes or discrimination

Consultations with friendly specialists about health and other topics when it is hard to ask specific questions pertaining to LGBTQI community

PrEP point

PrEP Riga initiative is a PrEP pilot project of organizations, implemented by Mozaīka and financed by the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

We monitor hate speech and provide support to law enforcement agencies against hateful content on the internet.
